Your files

Every tool currently on TinyTools runs entirely in your browser. When you select a file, it is read into your device’s memory, processed there, and offered back to you as a download. It is never sent over the network, so there is no copy on any server to delete, leak or retain.

Closing or reloading the page discards everything immediately. If a tool is ever added that does need server processing, that page will say so plainly before you upload anything.

Accounts

An account is optional. Every tool works without one, and signing in never changes where your files go: they are still processed on your device and never uploaded.

If you create an account, with Google or with an email and password, we keep your name, email address, profile photo (if Google provides one), how you signed in, when you joined, when you were last signed in, and your plan. Sign-in and that profile are handled by Google Firebase, and the profile is stored in Google Cloud in the United States. Passwords are held by Firebase and never seen by us. To have your account deleted, use the contact form below.

Payments

Premium is paid through Paystack. Your card, bank or USSD details go to Paystack and are handled under their privacy policy; we never see them. We keep a record of each payment — the reference, plan, amount, date and the email Paystack reports — and set your account’s plan from it.

Messages you send us

The contact form stores your name, email address, the topic and your message so we can reply. Only the site’s administrator can read them, and they are deleted once they are no longer needed.

Analytics

To understand which tools are useful and where they fail, anonymous usage events may be recorded — for example that a compression finished, along with how long it took. File names, file contents and anything you type into a tool are never included.

Cookies, storage and advertising

TinyTools sets no cookies of its own. A few things are kept in your browser’s local storage: your theme choice, the last few tools you used (so the homepage can offer them again), the business details and logo you enter in the invoice, receipt and quotation tools (so you do not retype them), whether this browser has Premium, and, if you are signed in, your name, email and photo so the header can show them. These stay on your device and are never sent anywhere. If you sign in, Firebase also keeps your sign-in session in your browser’s storage so you stay signed in between visits.

The site is paid for by advertising, and those ads are served by third-party ad networks. Their scripts run in your browser and may set cookies or read similar identifiers to choose which ads to show and how often to show them. What they collect is governed by their own privacy policies rather than this one. They never receive your files: those are read and processed on your device and never cross the network at all.

Blocking third-party cookies, or running an ad blocker, does not stop any tool here from working.
