How to use invoice generator

  3. List what you are charging for

    One line per item or service, with quantity and unit price. Add tax/VAT or a discount if you need them.

  4. Set the dates and payment details

    Choose the issue and due dates, the currency, and put your bank details in the notes.

  5. Download the PDF

    Check the preview, then download. The next invoice number is filled in for you.

Frequently asked questions

Is this invoice generator really free?

Yes. You can create and download as many invoices as you like without an account. Free PDFs carry a small “Made with TinyTools” line at the bottom; Premium removes it.

Can I add my logo?

Yes. Upload a PNG or JPG and it appears at the top of every invoice. It is kept in this browser with the rest of your business details.

Which currencies are supported?

Naira (NGN) is the default, and you can switch to US dollars, pounds, euros, Ghanaian cedis, Kenyan shillings or South African rand.

How do tax and discount work?

The discount comes off the subtotal first, then tax is calculated on what is left. Check the rate you should charge with your accountant or the tax authority.

Are my invoices stored anywhere?

No. The invoice is built on your device and downloaded straight to it. Your business details are remembered in this browser only, and you can clear them by clearing site data.
